Licensed General Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Licensed General Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex bodily injury and general liability claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, planning appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently to support the outcome of the claim file

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in relevant states (TX, FL, NY, HI, and RI preferred)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
