Job Summary

Investigating and resolving complex Bodily Injury and General Liability claims, the fully remote Senior General Liability Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster will utilize claims management experience to analyze claims exposure, interact with involved parties, and provide exceptional customer service while adhering to corporate policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to determine appropriate resolution strategies
• Communicate effectively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure timely resolution
• Document claim activity efficiently to support the outcomes of claims files

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years of related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in any jurisdiction (TX, FL, NY, HI, and RI a plus)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
