Working remotely, the full-time Licensed General Liability Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex bodily injury claims while ensuring effective communication and exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Key responsibilities
- Apply claims management experience to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, and HI preferred
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
