Job Summary

Overseeing a team of adjusters, the full-time Licensed General Liability Claims Lead will manage non-litigated property damage liability claims remotely, ensuring proper claim handling, decision making, and administrative responsibilities associated with team management.

Key responsibilities

• Remotely supervise a team of 5 to 6 adjusters handling property damage claims
• Ensure compliance with in-house processes and review large losses with the Claims Manager
• Conduct training, performance reviews, and provide continuous coaching for team members

Required qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience handling general liability property damage and auto claims
• Significant supervisory experience in a claims environment
• Bachelor's degree or higher required
• Active adjuster licenses
• Strong technological skills and ability to work independently
