Job Summary

Leading a liability claims team, the fully remote Licensed General Liability Claims Supervisor will supervise claims handling, promote best practices, and drive talent development while managing workloads and utilizing technology to enhance service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a liability claims team to deliver high-quality service across various caseloads
• Guide the team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads for optimal efficiency
• Oversee the hiring and training of adjusters, fostering a culture of performance and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 7 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• 7 years of experience handling Commercial General Liability Claims, including complex litigation
• 4 years of prior leadership experience
