Job Summary

Leading a liability claims team, the fully remote Licensed General Liability Claims Supervisor will manage a variety of caseloads, promote best practices, and drive talent development while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team handling complex liability claims to ensure efficient service
• Guide the claims team in accordance with best practices and manage workloads effectively
• Communicate professionally with clients, carriers, and brokers while promoting continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 7 years of related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
• 7 years of experience handling Commercial General Liability Claims, including complex litigation
• 4 years of prior leadership experience
