Job Summary

Providing consultative support to customers, the fully remote Licensed Health Insurance Agent will assess client needs, explain Medicare plan benefits, and guide them toward appropriate options while working seasonally from home.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough needs analyses and recommend suitable Medicare plans based on customer inquiries
• Answer inbound calls and guide customers through various Medicare and health plan options
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects, establishing a reputation as a trusted advisor

Required qualifications

• Valid health insurance license
• In-depth knowledge of Medicare and health insurance options
• Experience in customer service or consultative sales
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients
