Licensed Industrial Project Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time salaried Licensed Industrial Project Manager will plan and manage projects, ensuring all contractual commitments are met on time and within budget while leading a multi-disciplined team and maintaining client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiating and controlling the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages
• Leading an integrated team in quality assurance and quality control procedures for deliverables, specifically construction drawings and specifications
• Acting as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and project teams to maintain strong relationships and address project concerns

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of project work experience, particularly in industrial projects
• Strong understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue
• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management
• Registered with a relevant professional association is an asset
• Expertise in architectural or engineering systems design, M&E, and structural building systems
