Job Summary
To drive revenue and growth, the full-time Licensed Insurance Agent will educate and advise customers on personal lines insurance products while working remotely and managing incoming and outbound sales calls.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls from customers seeking better insurance options and advise them on the best choices in the marketplace
- Generate interest and sell insurance through outbound calls to prospective clients while maintaining a five-star customer service experience
- Stay updated on market trends and carrier products, and assist customers throughout the policy purchase process
Required qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or P&C Insurance License
- Minimum of 1 year of phone sales experience
- At least 1 year of experience working remotely
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
- Strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills
