Job Summary
To support a dynamic sales environment, the full-time Licensed Insurance Agent will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers remotely, handling approximately 150 inbound leads per month without cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customer needs and provide personalized insurance quotes while cross-selling policies
- Close sales effectively at a strong conversion rate from high inbound lead flow
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction
Required qualifications
- A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
- At least 1 year of experience selling auto and home insurance in a call center
- Experience with multiple carriers and state coverages
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while engaging with customers
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home
