Licensed Insurance Agent - Seasonal

Job Summary

Providing knowledgeable support to consumers during the busy Open Enrollment season, the full-time Licensed Insurance Agent - Seasonal will assist with health, dental, and vision insurance enrollments remotely, utilizing Stride's systems to resolve issues and answer questions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide efficient and professional support to consumers via phone and email
• Assist consumers with health insurance enrollments and navigate the enrollment process
• Document consumer interactions and resolutions accurately in Zendesk

Required qualifications

• Hold an active insurance license
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Experience working with Healthcare.gov or state-based marketplaces
• Experience assisting consumers with health insurance enrollment
• Ability to learn and navigate multiple technology systems and workflows
