Job Summary

Leading insurance sales and service operations in a contact center environment, the full-time Virtual Operations Manager will drive performance across key business metrics while ensuring exceptional customer experiences, with the opportunity to work remotely for candidates in select states.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop front-line leaders to enhance insurance service operations
• Analyze operational and sales performance data to identify trends and resource planning needs
• Manage daily operations to increase sales, improve quality, and ensure operational effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Five or more years of coaching, leadership, or management experience
• Contact center or BPO leadership experience strongly preferred
• Personal lines insurance license or the ability to obtain licensure
• Proven budget management and P&L experience
