Licensed Insurance Representative

Job Summary

Working fully remote, the full-time Licensed Insurance Services Representative will manage policyholder service inquiries, document interactions, and meet case volume targets while providing exemplary customer service in the insurance industry.

Key responsibilities

• Address policyholder service inquiries via phone and email, including certification, billing, and policy modifications
• Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in the company's systems
• Collaborate with teammates to fulfill service requests and exchange knowledge

Required qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service environment
• Active Property and Casualty license
• Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook and CRM platforms
• Ability to take phone calls and answer emails for up to 8 hours a day
• Comfortable with new technology and willingness to learn new systems quickly
