Job Summary
To support a high-performing outbound sales team, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will make 200-300 outbound calls daily to warm leads, assisting customers in purchasing personal lines insurance while working remotely and striving to exceed sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Make 200-300 outbound calls per day to qualified leads
- Assist prospective customers in understanding and purchasing personal lines insurance
- Manage pipeline, follow up persistently, and close deals confidently
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance License in home state
- Experience in high-volume outbound call center or insurance sales is a plus
- Ability to self-manage in a fully remote environment
- Confidence with tech platforms including CRMs
