Licensed IOP Therapist
Job Summary
To support a multidisciplinary treatment team, the part-time Licensed IOP Therapist will obtain psycho-social assessments, conduct family and group therapy, and facilitate group therapy sessions while ensuring compliance with hospital policies and documentation procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Obtain psycho-social assessments and conduct family/group therapy on assigned cases
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and complete necessary documentation per hospital policy
- Coordinate discharge planning and assist in developing community resource information
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work or a clinical-related mental health field
- Two years of experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies
- Must possess or be actively seeking a state license in social work or a clinical-related mental health field within two years of employment
- CPR certification and HANDLE WITH CARE training required within 90 days of employment
