Licensed Land Surveyor
Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Land Surveyor will review work performed by Field Technicians, direct drafting on boundary solutions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Calculate property characteristics including heights, depths, and property lines
- Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys
- Verify the accuracy of survey data and ensure compliance with legal standards
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of relevant experience in land surveying
- State Licensed PLS, PSM, RPLS, or LS with experience in GA, TN, and SC
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of GPS and total stations
- Strong research skills in surveying and mapping methods
