Licensed Large Loss Specialist

Job Summary

Managing large-loss and complex property claims, the fully remote Licensed Large Loss Specialist will oversee reconstruction, fire mitigation, and restoration assignments while serving as the primary contact for insureds, contractors, and carrier partners throughout the claim lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage communication related to assigned files, ensuring timely updates and high levels of professionalism
• Oversee reconstruction and property restoration assignments, focusing on large-loss claims exceeding $50,000
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify and resolve barriers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and service-level agreements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Active insurance adjuster license(s) with a minimum of three years of experience in property restoration or claims
• Experience managing complex reconstruction and large-loss assignments
• Strong understanding of property restoration processes and file management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with Xactimate and XactAnalysis preferred
