Licensed Lead Adjuster

Job Summary

Seeking a fully remote Licensed Lead Adjuster, who will manage hands-on claims responsibilities while providing leadership, training, and operational support in the non-standard auto insurance sector, focusing on both property damage and bodily injury claims.

Key responsibilities:

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve automobile claims efficiently and accurately
• Review claim investigations and provide recommendations on handling
• Assist in developing frontline adjusters through training and mentoring

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the non-standard Property & Casualty insurance industry
• Experience handling both automobile property damage and bodily injury claims
• Strong understanding of insurance industry practices, standards, regulations, and terminology
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced claims environment
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check
