Job Summary
Leading a dedicated Behavioral Health Care Manager team, the full-time Licensed Lead Behavioral Health Manager will conduct intakes, provide clinical backup for crisis situations, and supervise team members in a fully remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial biopsychosocial intakes and provide diagnostic support as needed
- Serve as clinical backup for acute patient safety and crisis needs across partner practices
- Supervise and train a team of Behavioral Health Care Managers, ensuring adherence to protocols and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or a closely related field
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical license as an LCSW, LICSW, LPC, or LMHC-D
- 5+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health care management or direct clinical care
- 3+ years of experience supervising or leading clinicians
- Experience with evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing and CBT
