Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing legal function, the full-time Licensed Legal Counsel will manage day-to-day legal work including drafting and negotiating contracts, establishing legal operations, and providing corporate compliance support in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer agreements, MSAs, DPAs, and other contracts while providing business-oriented legal advice
• Set up and manage contract lifecycle processes, including automation of routine tasks and reporting on contract metrics
• Assist with corporate governance, data privacy compliance, and support cross-functional teams on legal matters

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of post-qualification experience in a relevant legal environment, preferably in-house within tech or SaaS
• Qualified to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction with hands-on experience in commercial contracting
• Exposure to data privacy, corporate law, or intellectual property, with a working knowledge of GDPR
• Experience in a startup or high-growth business environment is highly preferred
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
