Licensed Liability Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing claims team, the fully remote Licensed Liability Claims Adjuster will manage commercial property damage claims, including fires, burst pipes, and theft, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and execute decision-making to resolve claims effectively
• Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 3 years related claims experience
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA, or other relevant jurisdictions
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with claims and business software
