Licensed Liability Claims Examiner

Job Summary

To support a dedicated client with capped caseloads, the full-time Licensed Liability Claims Examiner will analyze and adjudicate complex general liability, bodily injury, and property damage claims, focusing on jurisdictions in CA, FL, and NY, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyzing and processing claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
• Negotiating settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicating claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required qualifications

• 3 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements, specifically for CA, FL, and NY
• Licensing required
