Licensed Litigation Counsel

Job Summary

Seeking a midlevel Licensed Litigation Counsel, the full-time position offers experienced litigators the opportunity to manage complex commercial litigation matters while working remotely and collaborating with two partners on high-stakes cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Independently manage significant portions of complex commercial litigation cases, including drafting motions and managing discovery
• Engage in trial preparation, including taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing timely updates and practical recommendations

Required qualifications:

• 7-10 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Trial experience and familiarity with multi-jurisdictional litigation
• Good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience litigating in federal courts
• Ability to manage multiple active matters simultaneously with strong organizational skills
