Job Summary

Offering various production models, licensed Loan Officers will originate residential, investment, bridge, or commercial loans while managing borrower relationships, with opportunities available in remote, hybrid, or in-office settings.

Key responsibilities

• Originate loans based on the assigned production model, including self-sourced, consumer direct, and commercial lending
• Manage borrower relationships from intake through closing, ensuring compliance with lending requirements
• Collaborate with processing, underwriting, and closing teams to meet or exceed production expectations

Required qualifications

• Active NMLS license required for residential roles
• Minimum experience of 1-3 years for consumer direct/call center roles, with proven production history for senior positions
• Spanish fluency required for bilingual roles
• Commercial or private money experience required where applicable
• Understanding of production style and alignment with the appropriate compensation model
