Job Summary
Supporting the Loan Originator in guiding clients through the loan approval process, the full-time Licensed Loan Partner will assist with applications, documentation, and relationship building with third-party partners in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between clients and the Loan Originator
- Assist clients through the loan application process, ensuring all fields are completed accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with third-party partners
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage sales experience
- Registered mortgage loan originator with NMLS
- Proficient in Encompass and Microsoft Outlook
- Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, and FHLMC loan products and underwriting guidelines
