To support a growing immigration practice, the full-time Licensed Managing Attorney will lead clients through the process of securing work visas and green cards, collaborating with a team while managing client communications and case strategies in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate cases and provide strategic solutions for immigration processes
- Guide clients through immigration procedures and maintain regular communication regarding updates
- Supervise junior attorneys and paralegals while reviewing petitions and responses for immigration benefits
Required qualifications:
- Licensed attorney in the United States
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-volume business immigration environment
- Expertise in major employment-based work visa types and the PERM-based green card process
- Experience managing client account relationships and mentoring staff
- A small book of business is strongly desired
