Licensed Managing Director

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Licensed Managing Director will manage construction dispute resolution, claims preparation, and forensic accounting while working remotely and collaborating with clients on complex projects.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee damages quantification, including loss of productivity and prolongation costs analysis
• Prepare expert reports and deliver presentations to communicate findings to clients
• Manage client relations and ensure timely delivery of project controls and contract administration support

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction claims, cost control, and change order management
• Recognized undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, or related field
• Professional license and/or certifications (e.g., professional engineer, project management professional)
• Strong technical foundation in project planning and control
• Proficiency in construction programming software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
