Job Summary
To support the educational mission, the part-time Online Adjunct Faculty in Marriage and Family Therapy will administer, facilitate, and teach online classes to approximately 14-25 graduate students, providing feedback and guidance while engaging in daily internet interactions.
Key responsibilities
- Teach approved curriculum material and ensure student satisfaction through effective engagement
- Provide timely feedback and assist students in achieving academic objectives and learning outcomes
- Maintain student grades and attendance, advising on academic matters and motivating participation
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy or a related field
- Professional license in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Experience with online learning management systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of faith integration and biblical concepts
- Demonstrated knowledge of current marriage and family therapy practices
