To support full-cycle recruiting for massage therapists and spa professionals, the fully remote Junior Recruiter will source candidates, conduct screenings, and maintain candidate data while collaborating with hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit licensed massage therapists and spa professionals through various channels
- Conduct phone screenings and evaluate candidate qualifications
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting
Required Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting massage therapists (preferred)
- Driven and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet hiring targets
- Strong objection-handling skills when speaking with candidates
- Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
