Licensed Material Damage Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Licensed Material Damage Specialist, this fully remote position will evaluate vehicle damages, negotiate claims, and ensure timely resolutions while maintaining strong communication with customers and repair facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate vehicle damage through virtual and/or field-based assessments
• Prepare detailed repair estimates using industry-standard estimating software
• Negotiate repair costs and reach agreed-upon settlements with repair facilities and other involved parties

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Property & Casualty insurance industry
• 5+ years of experience handling auto damage estimates, vehicle repairs, and total loss evaluations
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, estimating practices, and valuation methodologies
• Experience negotiating with repair facilities and resolving claim-related issues
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain/maintain any required Adjuster Licenses
