Job Summary
To support research on the 2025 Medicare Advantage enrollment process, licensed Medicare Advantage agents will participate in a remote contract interview to discuss their client onboarding workflows, plan evaluation methods, and experiences during the recent enrollment period.
Key responsibilities
- Walk through the typical process for onboarding new Medicare Advantage clients
- Describe tools and materials used to compare plan benefits
- React to hypothetical client scenarios and explain plan recommendations
Required qualifications
- Active license to sell health insurance and Medicare Advantage plans
- Direct experience enrolling clients during the most recent Annual Enrollment Period
- Comfortable discussing sales workflows and client communication strategies
- Currently working as an independent broker or captive insurance agent
