Job Summary
Supporting existing Medicare members in a remote capacity, the full-time Licensed Medicare Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, focusing on retention, education, and issue resolution without high-pressure sales tactics.
Key responsibilities
- Handle calls with Medicare members to educate them on coverage options and resolve concerns
- Meet performance expectations related to call quality, member engagement, and retention metrics
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on processes and policies
Required qualifications
- Active Health or Health & Life license
- Minimum of 1 year of Medicare experience
- Comfortable working with multiple software systems
- Able to work a schedule that includes at least one weekend day during AEP
- Home office setup that meets remote work requirements
