Licensed Mental Health Coach
Job Summary
Providing specialized telephonic coaching, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Coach will support transitioning service members and veterans in navigating psychological health care services, utilizing motivational interviewing and de-escalation techniques while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in one-on-one coaching to facilitate transitions between psychological health care providers
- Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage caller engagement in their care
Required Qualifications
- Actively Licensed Mental Health Professional with a Master's Degree in social work, psychology, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience delivering face-to-face health care, including triage and crisis counseling
- U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a Department of Defense background investigation
- Proficiency in navigating multiple digital platforms in a remote work environment
- Experience with behavioral health coaching models or case management practices is preferred
