Licensed Mental Health Coach
Job Summary
Seeking a bilingual, Spanish-speaking Licensed Mental Health Coach, the full-time remote position will provide short-term, solution-focused coaching to help participants enhance their emotional fitness and support addiction recovery through individualized plans and group facilitation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver weekly virtual coaching sessions and facilitate recovery groups for participants in the Substance Abuse Disorder Program
- Develop individualized coaching plans addressing unique needs such as mindfulness, meditation, and relapse prevention
- Provide mental health advocacy and assist with referrals to higher levels of care as needed
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in a Mental Health Discipline (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy)
- Clinical Licensure to Practice Independently and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC)
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Minimum of two years of direct counseling experience using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Experience in substance abuse treatment settings and providing mental health coaching via virtual platforms
