Licensed Mental Health Coach
Job Summary
Providing remote, evidence-based coaching sessions, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Coach will support clients in navigating emotional and mental health challenges while adhering to Lyra's coaching model and quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in training related to Lyra's evidence-based mental health coaching model
- Support clients by practicing empathy and exploring difficult emotions without attempting to solve their problems
- Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra's expert clinical team to ensure appropriate client care
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or 10+ years of relevant professional experience
- Credentialed by a recognized coaching body such as the Israeli Association of Coaching (CCIL) or global bodies (ICF, AC, EMCC Global)
- Minimum 175 hours of core theoretical coaching education and 100 hours of supervised practicum
- At least 100 coaching hours with adults post-certification
- Active membership in good standing with CCIL, ICF, AC, or EMCC
