Licensed Mental Health Coach Supervisor
Job Summary
To support a growing team dedicated to youth mental health, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Coach Supervisor will oversee and mentor mental wellness coaches, providing real-time support and feedback while ensuring adherence to coaching standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide live support to coaches during shifts, answering questions and guiding them through escalated conversations
- Review coaching session transcripts and deliver actionable feedback based on quality standards
- Manage coach operations alongside the Coach Success Lead, ensuring compliance with policies and maintaining high-quality coaching practices
Required qualifications
- Licensed in a mental health-related field, social work, or counseling
- At least 4 years of experience in the mental health field, including supervisory or mentoring roles
- Direct experience working with youth, including risk assessment and mandated reporting
- Strong tech skills, with the ability to navigate multiple online platforms effectively
- Must reside in the U.S. and have a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
