Job Summary
Providing outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) will work remotely, managing client care and treatment planning while enjoying a Monday to Friday schedule with no weekends.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient mental health services via telehealth to a diverse patient population
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments
- Collaborate with clients to achieve their mental health goals while utilizing technology for effective communication
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in a relevant field and current licensure as LMHC-D or LMFT-D
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- Ability to maintain a private and HIPAA-compliant workspace at home
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
