Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D) will provide outpatient services remotely, focusing on mental health treatment for a diverse patient population.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver outpatient mental health services through telehealth to clients across various demographics
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client goals
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient confidentiality in a remote work environment
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field and active LMHC-D or LMFT-D licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis and treatment planning
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
- Ability to effectively utilize telehealth technology and communication tools
