Job Summary
To provide outpatient services through a telehealth program, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (NY) will manage client care remotely, working Monday to Friday with flexible shift options while contributing to a mission-driven organization focused on accessible mental health care.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outpatient therapy services to clients via telehealth
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure patient privacy in a remote work environment
Required qualifications
- Master's level degree in a relevant field and active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC-D)
- Must possess Diagnostic Privileges (LMHC-D / LMFT-D)
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is preferred
- Experience utilizing telehealth technology and software for client interactions
