Licensed Mental Health Group Facilitator
Job Summary
Providing therapeutic treatment through group facilitation, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Group Facilitator will lead scheduled sessions, document client interactions in the EMR, and collaborate with clinical staff in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate scheduled therapy groups and deliver appropriate topics to participants
- Document all group notes and client interactions immediately after sessions in compliance with clinical guidelines
- Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop and improve comprehensive therapy programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare is preferred
- Current licensure and certification in mental health as required
- Knowledge of DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely client charting
