Job Summary
Providing therapeutic treatment through group facilitation, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Group Facilitator will lead scheduled sessions, document client interactions, and collaborate with clinical staff in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate scheduled group therapy sessions and deliver appropriate topics
- Document all services provided in clients' medical records immediately after each session
- Collaborate with clinical directors and staff to develop comprehensive therapy programs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience working in behavioral healthcare preferred
- Maintaining all applicable licenses and certification requirements
- Knowledge of DMHAS and Joint Commission standards and regulations
- Ability to adhere to clinical guidelines for accurate client charting
