Job Summary

Delivering short-term, high-impact psychotherapy and counseling, the full-time Affiliate Mental Health Provider will operate as an independent contractor in a fully remote capacity, utilizing Lyra's Connected Calendar platform to manage client appointments and focus on exceptional client care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop personalized, short-term treatment plans
• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Track clinical progress with validated outcome tools and complete Post-Assessment Feedback forms

Required qualifications

• Fully licensed and registered Mental Health Professional (Clinical Psychologist or Licensed Clinical Social Worker MSW)
• Demonstrated experience in short-term psychotherapy and crisis intervention
• Technical infrastructure including a dedicated professional Google Account and high-speed internet access
• Secure and confidential environment for telehealth appointments
• Completion of required certificates, credentials, and verification documents
