Job Summary
To provide essential emotional support to students and faculty, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Provider will deliver remote telehealth services, focusing on crisis intervention and risk assessment during scheduled sessions.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 20-minute client sessions with an additional 10 minutes for documentation, ensuring timely and effective care
- Utilize evidence-based modalities to build rapport and support clients, particularly those in crisis or at risk
- Maintain professional boundaries and conduct while adapting to the evolving needs of students and members served
Required qualifications
- Completion of a Master's Degree in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with a Provisional or Associate License
- Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
- Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques
- Background in providing therapeutic services to young adults or adolescents in a community mental health or college counseling environment
- Strong clinical writing and assessment skills
