Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Licensed Mental Health Provider for the TalkNow Team, who will provide remote emotional support to students and faculty during 20 weekend hours, focusing on crisis intervention, risk assessment, and safety planning.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct 30-minute sessions with clients, including 20 minutes of direct support and 10 minutes for documentation
- Utilize evidence-based modalities to build rapport and support client care, particularly for those in crisis
- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to HIPAA compliance while working in a remote environment
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.A./M.S.) in Psychology, Professional Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy with Provisional or Associate License
- Fully Licensed Mental Health Practitioner
- Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation
- Experience providing therapeutic services to young adults or at-risk populations
- Strong clinical writing and assessment skills
