Licensed Mental Health Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the part-time to full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide individual, couples, and family therapy via telehealth, maintaining clinical documentation and treatment plans while enjoying flexible scheduling and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth
• Complete timely clinical documentation and develop treatment plans
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate and maintain all applicable licensure requirements

Required qualifications

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LCP) in Virginia, Texas, Georgia, Maryland, District of Columbia, North Carolina, or South Carolina
• Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural influences on mental health
• Access to a personal computer and high-speed internet for telehealth sessions
• HIPAA-protected space for conducting sessions
• Commitment to clinical autonomy and a supportive practice environment
