Job Summary
To support a growing telehealth practice, the full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide evidence-based treatment via live video sessions, manage a diverse caseload, and utilize digital tools to enhance client learning and outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver short-term, evidence-based therapy through live video sessions while maintaining a diverse client caseload
- Assign and monitor digital psychoeducation resources and assessments to clients between sessions
- Participate in clinical consultation meetings and peer-based quality assurance reviews to enhance clinical skills and support complex cases
Required qualifications
- Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
- Master's degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC)
- Experience providing evidence-based treatments and managing clinical crises
- Experience with telehealth therapy services in a virtual environment preferred
- Ability to maintain a full clinical caseload of adult and/or adolescent clients (30 potential bookable spots)
