Job Summary
Building strong relationships and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process, the full-time Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer will generate new business, manage loan applications, and provide exceptional service while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with realtors, builders, and industry professionals
- Consult with clients, complete loan applications, and recommend appropriate loan products
- Manage the loan pipeline from application through closing, ensuring timely updates and documentation accuracy
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator
- Active state-specific mortgage license(s) or ability to obtain required licensing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of lending guidelines and mortgage processing procedures
- Proven sales and customer service skills with the ability to build trust and relationships
