Job Summary
Experienced Mortgage Loan Officers will find a full-time remote opportunity focused on building relationships, generating new business, and guiding borrowers through the mortgage process from application to closing.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with realtors, builders, and industry professionals
- Consult with clients to complete loan applications and provide guidance throughout the mortgage process
- Manage the loan pipeline, ensuring documentation is complete and submitted on time while providing timely updates to borrowers and partners
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer/Originator
- Active state-specific mortgage license or ability to obtain required licensing
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of conventional and government lending guidelines and mortgage processing procedures
- Proven sales and customer service skills with the ability to build trust and relationships
