Job Summary
Owning clinical outcomes for every patient, the full-time Licensed National Medical Director will design and implement programs to improve metrics such as hospital readmissions and ER visits, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities

- Design and launch root-cause programs focusing on geriatric care to address issues like polypharmacy and cognitive decline
- Establish clinical standards for care plans and documentation, ensuring compliance with CMS requirements
Required qualifications
- MD from a top U.S. medical school
- Former CMO at a telehealth startup with a proven track record of improving clinical outcomes
- Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, with Geriatric Medicine certification or fellowship
- Experience in developing programs targeting the root causes of disease in older adults
- Active, unrestricted medical license
