Licensed Nursing Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading a remote team of clinical auditors, the Supervisor, Medical Review Audit (Clinical) will oversee Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) audits, ensuring compliance with Medicare regulations while driving team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise clinical auditors, setting productivity and quality expectations and conducting performance reviews
• Serve as the subject matter authority for SNF audit programs, maintaining knowledge of relevant Medicare policies and overseeing audit determinations
• Provide operational updates and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted nursing license in good standing
• 3+ years of direct patient care experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care
• 2+ years of experience performing medical record audits or clinical reimbursement review in a relevant setting
• 3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience in a comparable production environment
• Command of Medicare Part A SNF coverage rules and the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM)
